Condie Estate reserves the right to refuse the order on reasonable grounds that the customer might not satisfy this requirement.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability or any responsibility whatsoever for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages, costs, losses or liabilities whatsoever arising out of your access to, use, inability to use, change in content of this website or arising from any other website you access through a link from this website or from any actions we take or fail to take as a result of any electronic mail messages you send us. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility to maintain the material and services made available on this web site or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith. Any material on this website is subject to change without notice. Further, we shall have no liability or any responsibility whatsoever for any loss suffered caused by viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property by reason of your use of, access to or downloading of any material from this website. Refund and Returns Policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
Dispatch and Deliveries Policy
Condie Estate will dispatch the order within 48 hours of the online order being received, ordinarily the wines will be received by the customer within 3-5 working days from the order was received. Customers will receive an online tracking number by email from our preferred carrier once the parcel has been picked up from the winery at 480 Heathcote Redesdale Rd Heathcote Victoria Australia.
Couriers will deliver goods during normal business hours, if nobody is home, couriers will leave parcels in a safe location unless they believe its unsecure or if the customer has provided express instructions regarding delivery arrangements. Otherwise they will leave a card advising they have attempted to deliver, and goods are available from the local depot.
All goods shipped from Condie Estate will be fit for purpose and in good condition, damaged parcels will be the liability of the courier, Condie Estate will assist customers who received damaged goods to claim appropriate compensations from the couriers.
